Poor Baby was up all night crying. Even after I gave her Tylenol which is usually a last ditch effort for me. She seems a bit better today, so I'm hoping that trend continues. I'm selfishly hoping for a full night's sleep tonight.
Hey, if it's a gas issue... Try laying her flat on her back and take both of her calves. Gentlely push her knees twards her chest. Repeat about four or five times. Then put them flat while you rub her tummy in circles. Repeat both until she seems relieved.
Head cold symptoms, having her sleep at a 45' angle.
Ways to beat your own exhostion.
1. Sleep whenever they do. 2. Have her sleep beside you or you sleep beside her bed when she is really bad so you can attend and then return to sleep. 3. Find ways to help yourself to go to sleep quickly. Like listening to to the word or taking a bath right before bed. 4. Sad to say... Coffee.
Thanks Heather, She had a better night last night, but she's still pretty congested. It makes it hard for her to eat, and misserable in general, so I hope we're over this soon.
"Making messes is what Shaunas do best" my sisters used to sing when I still lived at home in California. Now that I'm living in Canada with my marvelous man and delightful daughters, my husband joins in the chorus. I love to learn and create. Sadly, many of the things I do involve messes and cleaning isn't my strong point! I started this blog as a way to keep far away family involved in our every day lives, but you're invited to join us if you don't mind the mess!
